In an A to Z format, the author details the characteristics of more than 50 essential oils, giving special tips for what it addresses, what does it helps promote and some safety information, such as oils that might irritate skin if applied directly. The book also includes Lifestyle tips for different needs such as for traveling, during the menstruation, at the office, in relationships, for the spirit, and many others. The author gives highlights about ways to use the essential oils and how many drops should be used. Seems like every detail about basic aromatherapy is covered in this book. Excellent resource of information when looking for a new oil.
