I never leave town without this book. Anytime I have an ailiement I pull out this book first. I have learned so much about the body and the immune system just from this book. I have plastic tabs on all the chapters for easy refrence. I also use this book in conjunction with, “20,000 Secrets of Tea, The Most Effective Way To Benefit From Nature’s Healing Herbs” by Victoria Zak. I liked each of these books so much I bought a copy of each for my Herbalist!

This excellent book gives a comprehensive view of the history, medical background, and science of aromatherapy. This book also covers the personal art that comes with practice of aromatherapy as well as safety and purity concerns. The best book on the market for someone who truly wants to learn and practice aromatherapy.
