How can I review a book that I was told was in stock, made to wait, told had to wait longer and eventually told it never was in stock to begin with because you don’t carry it anymore. Then your company thinks it can bribe me by offering me a coupon for my trouble and incoveniences. I don’t want a coupon, I needed the book for a college course. I am forced to give it a one because you don’t have a zero option.
