Too many aromatherapy books just repeat the same old tired myths and wives’ tales but this book avoids those pitfalls nicely. If you’re seriously considering an in-depth study of aromatherapy this is a great introduction.

Useful, good intro to aromatherapy chamistry. Get another more “poetic” book to go with this one, for a balanced introduction.
